Section 312IAC21-3-2. Participation

Latest version.

   (a) An archaeological investigation under this article must be carried out under the direction of a principal investigator.

  (b) A project plan shall consider the appropriate use of other professionals in the fields of social, physical, medical, biological, and life sciences.

  (c) An archaeological plan must consider the appropriate use of avocational or amateur archaeologists.

  (d) A participant in a project who has a supervisory or decision making responsibility must satisfy section 4(b) or 4(c) of this rule.
