Section 312IAC18-4-2. Nursery inspections

(a) A nurseryman must provide for an inspection of each nursery owned, leased, managed, or controlled by the nurseryman at least once each year under IC 14-24-5.

(b) A nurseryman must maintain a nursery in a reasonably well-cultivated condition and free from weeds so that a division inspector may make an adequate inspection of all nursery stock.
