Section 312IAC18-1-9. "Feral bee" defined

(a) "Feral bee" means a wild bee which is not kept or managed by a person.

(b) The term includes a bee which is located in a swarm or nest, whether or not a comb is present. The term does not include a bee which is maintained in a movable frame hive.
