Section 312IAC16-3-5. Permit duration

(a) A permit for a well for oil and gas expires one (1) year from the date of issuance unless the drilling of the well has commenced.
(b) A permit for a Class II well is effective for the life of the well unless the permit is voided, revoked, expired, or otherwise terminated under this rule.
(c) The division shall review each Class II well at least once every five (5) years to determine whether the operation of the well meets the requirements of IC 14-37 and this article.
