Section 312IAC16-1-8. "Commercially mineable coal resource" defined

Latest version.

"Commercially mineable coal resource" means a seam of coal that is:

(1) at least thirty-six (36) inches thick; and

(2) located no more than eight hundred (800) feet below the surface.
