Section 312IAC16-1-49. "Underground source of drinking water" defined

  •    "Underground source of drinking water" means an aquifer or a portion of an aquifer, other than an exempted aquifer, that:

    (1) presently supplies fresh water to any user; or

    (2) contains a sufficient quantity of fresh water to supply a future user.
