Section 312IAC14-4-1. Suspensions and revocations of licenses

(a) The division director may file a complaint under IC 4-21.5-3-8, with the division of hearings, which seeks to suspend or revoke a timber buyer's registration certificate or an agent's license.
(b) A violation of IC 25-36.5-1 or this article must be established by the department in order to support a suspension or revocation.
(c) The suspension of a timber buyer's registration automatically suspends any agent's license issued for that registration. The revocation of a timber buyer's registration certificate automatically revokes any agent's license issued for that registration.
(d) The director or the division director may, under IC 4-21.5-4, suspend a timber buyer's registration or an agent's license if an emergency exists.
