  •    "Best management practices" means those practices best suited to specific site conditions that will control soil erosion and the nonpoint source pollution associated with sediment run-off. The Indiana Handbook for Erosion Control in Developing Areas (October 1992) may be used as a reference in developing an erosion and sediment control plan that is consistent with best management practices.
