Section 312IAC10-2-32. "Outfall swale" defined

"Outfall swale" means an excavated depression in the surficial topography used for the transport and discharge of surface run-off or treated effluent to a waterway. The depression includes all appurtenant channels, swales, and energy dissipation or erosion control systems.
