Section 312IAC10-2-25. "Local ordinance" defined

  •    "Local ordinance" means an ordinance that divides the area within the jurisdiction of a county or municipality into zones or districts to regulate, within the zones or districts, any of the following:

    (1) The location, height, bulk, number of stories, and size of buildings or other structures.

    (2) The percentage of lot occupancy.

    (3) The requirement of open spaces.

    (4) The density and distribution of populations.

    (5) The uses of land and structures.
