Section 312IAC10-2-23. "Flood protection grade" defined

Latest version.

"Flood protection grade" means the elevation two (2) feet above the regulatory flood measured according to:

(1) the elevation of the lowest floor of the building; or

(2) dry flood-proofing of a building other than an abode.
