Section 312IAC14-3-1. Licensing of timber buyer

(a) No person shall engage in the business of timber buying in this state without a registration certificate issued by the department.

(b) An application by a timber buyer for a registration certificate shall be prepared on a department form and delivered to the division of forestry.
