Section 260IAC2-3-3. Certification of breath test instruments

Latest version.

   (a) The department shall certify each breath test instrument as to compliance with the standards in section 2 of this rule at least once every one hundred eighty (180) days.

  (b) The certification of breath test instruments shall be in writing by the department.
