Section 25IAC2-6-3. Bidder's prequalification review by executive secretary; bid acceptance conditions

The executive secretary of the certification board or his or her designee shall, immediately before the designated time for acceptance of bids for projects estimated at one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) or more, review the prequalification of all bidders submitting bids. If:

(1) a bid packet is received; and

(2) the bidder is not currently prequalified with the certification board;

the bid shall be rejected.
