Section 25IAC2-4-2. Application for prequalification approval as precondition to bidding

  •    A contractor desiring to perform construction work for the division must, before being allowed to bid on projects with a valuation of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) or more:

    (1) apply to the certification board supplying all of the pertinent information required by the certification board; and

    (2) obtain their prequalification approval;

    as set out in this article. A contractor shall not be considered to have legally received plans on a particular project having a valuation of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) or more without being prequalified by the certification board.
