Rule 25IAC2-14. Certification Board; Purposes |
Section 25IAC2-14-1. Purposes of the certification board; contractor's prequalification approval

The purposes of the certification board are to determine the following:
(1) Which applicant contractors have the:
(A) experience;
(B) physical capabilities; and
(C) financial resources;
to bid or to subcontract on state construction projects valued at one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) or more that are implemented through the facilities of the division and all other agencies so required by statute.
(2) Which applicant designers have the:
(A) professional capabilities;
(B) manpower; and
(C) experience;
necessary to perform architectural, engineering, or related professional work on state projects likewise implemented through the division.
