Section 25IAC5-5-6. Reporting MBE and WBE participation as prime contractors

All state agencies, as defined in IC 4-13-16.5-1, shall report to the department its award of prime contracts to MBEs and WBEs on a quarterly basis. The form of the report shall be in compliance with policies and procedures of the department.
