Section 250IAC2-7-2. Training credit for college or university courses

  •    One (1) college credit hour earned with a grade of C or higher at an accredited college or university in subject matter addressing a need expressed by the law enforcement agency, or as approved by the executive director, may substitute for four (4) hours of inservice training, but college credit hours may not be substituted for more than one-half (½) of the total hours of required inservice training.
