Section 250IAC2-4-4. Equipment and training facilities; inspection and approval

Equipment and training facilities, including classrooms, used by towns, cities, counties, or agencies or departments of the state to conduct the law enforcement training required by this article shall be subject to the inspection and approval of the board through its executive director or a designee.
