Section 250IAC2-4-2. Approval of learning objectives, lecture outlines, examinations, and other instructional material

   Copies of learning objectives, lecture outlines, examinations, and other course material used to satisfy the basic training requirements in section 1 of this rule shall, upon written request by the executive director, be provided to the board prior to the starting date or during the term of any basic training course. Failure to provide the learning objectives, lecture outlines, examinations, and other course material following a written request by the executive director shall be grounds for refusal by the board to approve the basic course.
