Section 210IAC1-4-1. Mental examination of inmate; report by psychiatrist

Any psychiatrist, employed by the Department of Correction, after examining an inmate of a correctional/penal institution, shall make a detailed report of the examination to the Commissioner of the Department of Correction or his designee.
