Section 210IAC1-1-2. Representation of state under compact; coordinate jurisdictions

  •    Wherever practicable a single state agency shall represent the state in dealing with other states under the compact and all correspondence and communications relating to matters arising under the compact and under these rules and regulations [210 IAC 1-1] shall be conducted with such agencies. Where there are several agencies having coordinate jurisdiction, respective agencies shall work out such methods of intercommunication and procedure as may be appropriate and convenient.
