Section 20IAC3-2-5. Retention of certificates

All digitally signed messages received by the state in accordance with this rule, as well as any information resources necessary to permit access to the message and to verify the digital signature, shall be retained by the state as necessary to comply with applicable law pertaining to records retention requirements for that message as established by the commission on public records.
