Section 170IAC6-5-11. Commission action

Latest version.

(a) After conducting its review in accordance with section 10 of this rule, the commission staff shall report its recommendations in writing to the commission.

(b) After reviewing the staff's recommendations the commission may:

(1) approve the application;

(2) disapprove the application; or

(3) approve a modified version of the application.
