  •    Complaints, Records of. (a) Each utility shall keep a record of all written complaints received at its office in regard to service which record shall include the name and address of the consumer, the date, nature of complaint, and the remedy. The record shall be available for inspection by duly accredited representatives of the commission.

      (b) The commission may require any utility to file with the commission a copy of such record covering any stated interval of time.
