  •    Radiation Requirements─Temperature in Consumer's Premises. Each utility shall contract to deliver hot water in sufficient quantities to maintain in the consumer's premises the agreed upon temperature when the outside temperature is zero degrees Fahr., provided, however, that doors, windows and ventilators are closed and tight and the premises are in evidence of good repair and that there is sufficient radiation set.
