Section 170IAC6-3-17. Underset radiation; rate increase

Underset Radiation. Consumers having less than the proper amount of radiation installed shall be billed at the following increased rate until such time as they can procure and install the proper amount of radiation. Rates for direct radiation, where less than normal or standard amount of radiation is installed:
90% of normal or standard radiation installed, add 5% to normal rate.
80% of normal or standard radiation installed, add 10% to normal rate.
70% of normal or standard radiation installed, add 15% to normal rate.
60% of normal or standard radiation installed, add 20% to normal rate.
50% of normal or standard radiation installed, add 25% to normal rate.
Note.─By normal or standard amount of radiation is meant the radiator area required to keep the room or building at 70° F. inside when the outside temperature is zero in calm weather.
