  •    Interruptions of Service. Each utility shall make all reasonable efforts to eliminate interruptions of service, and when such interruptions occur shall endeavor to re-establish service with the shortest possible delay. Whenever the service is to be interrupted for any length of time the consumer shall be notified, if possible, in advance.
