Section 170IAC5-1-30. Savings clause

   Saving Clause. The adoption of these rules [170 IAC 5-1] shall in no way preclude the Commission from altering or amending the same, in whole or in part, or from requiring any additional service, equipment, facility or standards, whether upon complaint or upon its own motion, or upon the application of any public utility; and, further these rules [170 IAC 5-1] shall in no way relieve any public utility from any of its duties under the laws of this State.
