Section 170IAC5-1-2. Applicability of rules

   Application of Rules. These rules shall apply to any gas public utility subject to the jurisdiction of the commission pursuant to the provisions of the Public Service Commission Act [IC 8-1-2], or any other statute of the State of Indiana, which now or hereafter may be engaged in the sale or distribution of gas service (herein called "public utility" or "utility").
