Section 170IAC4-8-2. Applicability

(a) To assist the commission in its administration of the Utility Powerplant Construction Law (IC 8-1-8.5), this rule applies to the following:

(1) A public, municipally owned, or cooperatively owned utility.

(2) A joint agency created under IC 8-1-2.2.

(b) Section 7 of this rule does not apply to a municipally owned or cooperatively owned utility or a joint agency created under IC 8-1-2.2.
