Section 170IAC4-3-2. Scope and application of rules

These general principles are intended to promote coordination in the location, construction, operation, and maintenance of electric supply and signal lines, including crossing between such lines and steam and electric railway tracks, through the cooperation of the utilities concerned, so as to facilitate the safety and serviceability of all systems. Overhead and underground construction practice commenced after the date of promulgation of this section must comply with section 26(a) [sic.] of this rule.
