  •    Wires Over Railroads. All telegraph, telephone, electric light and all other wires of any kind, now or hereafter constructed over the tracks of any railroad shall be constructed to comply with the requirements of the laws of the State of Indiana pertaining thereto, which are by reference made a part of these rules [170 IAC 4-3].
