Section 170IAC4-1-28. Customer modification requests; liability for costs

   Modification at Customer's Expense. If a customer requests for his convenience or by his actions requires that utility facilities be redesigned, reengineered, relocated, removed, modified or reinstalled, the utility may require the customer to make payment to it of the full cost of performing such service.
