Section 170IAC4-1-22. Monitoring instruments

System Metering. Each public utility shall install and maintain in accurate working order such instruments as may be necessary to obtain the daily records of frequency, voltage, kilowatt load, and kilowatt hours output of its generating stations. Each public utility purchasing electrical energy shall install such instruments as may be necessary to obtain complete information as to the monthly purchases, unless such instruments are furnished by the public utility from whom the energy is purchased.
