Section 170IAC12-1-8. "Program audit"; federal implementation

   The Rules prescribed herein are subject to the National Energy Conservation Policy Act 42 USC § 8211 et seq., as amended from time to time, and any final Rules and Regulations implementing such Act. Based upon the record developed in Cause No. 36060 [this article] and such other information available to the Commission, it shall be presumed that the actual cost of "Program Audit" to an eligible customer will exceed Fifteen Dollars ($15.00).
