Section 170IAC1-6-9. Application of ex parte rules

Latest version.

(a) The ex parte rules of the commission in 170 IAC 1-1.5 do not apply to communications made in association with a filing under this rule.

(b) A filing under this rule and related communications shall not be deemed prior communications under 170 IAC 1-1.5-5 and 170 IAC 1-1.5-6, even if the filing is:

(1) withdrawn by the utility; or

(2) denied by the commission.
