Section 170IAC1-3-7. Saving clause

   Saving Clause. The adoption of these Rules and Regulations [170 IAC 1-3] shall in no way preclude the commission from altering or amending the same, in whole or in part, or from adopting rules or regulations containing other provisions whenever the commission shall deem it in the public interest to do so; and, further, these rules and regulations [170 IAC 1-3] shall in no way relieve any public utility from any of its duties under the laws of this State.
