Section 170IAC6-1-3. Retention of records

All records required by this rule shall be preserved for at least three (3) years except as otherwise provided herein or by IC 8-1-2-40. Such records shall be:
(1) kept within Indiana:
(A) at the principal place of business of the water utility; or
(B) at such other places within Indiana as the utility shall designate after notification to the commission; and
(2) open for examination by:
(A) the commission;
(B) its representatives; or
(C) the OUCC.
