Section 170IAC5-1-24. Accident reports

   Accidents. Public gas utilities shall file accident reports with the Pipeline Safety Division of the Commission, as set forth in "Minimum State Safety Standards for the Transportation of Gas and Related Pipeline Facilities Appendix A", Rule 4(A) [170 IAC 5-3-4], approved by the Commission in its Order No. 32885, March 24, 1972, including any subsequent deletions, additions or revisions thereto approved by the Commission.
