Section 170IAC10-1-1. Telephone companies; preservation of records

The rules and regulations governing the preservation of records of telephone companies operating within the State of Indiana as approved, prescribed and promulgated by the Federal Communications Commission for the use of communication common carriers as set out in Part 42 of Volume VIII FCC Rules and Regulations as hereinafter set out in Appendix A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, be and the same are hereby adopted.
