Section 140IAC9-2-21. Delivery of certificate of title

(a) If a certificate of title is issued which shows one (1) or more liens, delivery of the certificate of title shall be made by the bureau to the address shown on the face of the title for the first lienholder.

(b) Except as provided in subsection (a), delivery of a certificate of title shall be to the address shown for the owner listed first on the certificate of title.
