Section 140IAC2-5-6. Petition for administrative review

(a) A person may seek administrative review of the bureau's decision to reject an application for or renewal of a PLP, or a revocation of a previously issued PLP under IC 4-21.5-3-7.

(b) The bureau's PLP rejection or revocation decisions shall become final unless the person timely files a written petition for an administrative review up to eighteen (18) days after the notice date.
