Section 140IAC1-4.5-5. Assessing points for out-of-state violations

  •    The bureau shall assess points to the record of a person for those violations committed in another state for which Indiana has a corresponding pointable violation. The points shall be assessed as if the person had committed the violation in Indiana. The bureau shall not assess points for any out-of-state violation for which Indiana does not have a corresponding violation.
