Section 140IAC1-2-4. Notification of proof of financial responsibility

Any certificate or document that any insurance carrier provides as proof that it issued a motor vehicle liability policy to an insured shall indicate that the carrier has specifically informed the insured of the obligations established in IC 9-25-4-3.
