Section 140IAC8-5-1. Definitions

   (a) The definitions in this section apply throughout this rule.

  (b) "Commission fund" has the meaning set forth in IC 9-13-2-32.7.

  (c) "Crossroads 2000 fund" has the meaning set forth in IC 9-13-2-39.8.

  (d) "Integrated public safety communications fund" has the meaning set forth in IC 9-13-2-82.5.

  (e) "Motor vehicle highway account" has the meaning set forth in IC 9-13-2-105.3. (Bureau of Motor Vehicles; 140 IAC 8-5-1; filed Nov 25, 2014, 3:47 p.m.: 20141224-IR-140140293FRA, eff Jan 1, 2015)
