Section 140IAC7-5-7. Criteria upon which to suspend or revoke a truck driver training school or truck driver instructor license

(a) The bureau may suspend or revoke the license of or issue a written warning to a school or instructor as set forth in 140 IAC 4-1.5-1(a) and 140 IAC 4-1.5-1(b).
