Section 140IAC7-5-10. Curriculum

(a) A school shall provide training that includes, but is not limited to, the following standards:

(1) Classroom instruction on the subjects listed in 140 IAC 4-4-1.1 but as applied to the operation of a CMV.

(2) Instruction and demonstration of the following in a CMV:

(A) Stopping.

(B) Starting.

(C) Shifting.

(D) Turning.

(E) Lane changing.

(F) Lane positioning.

(G) Merging.

(H) Signaling.

(I) Backing.

(J) Parallel parking.

(K) Steering.
