Section 140IAC2-5-5. Refund of personalized license plate fees

(a) The bureau shall refund the amount of the PLP fee and the prorated amount of the special annual renewal fee, if any, to the person holding the revoked PLP.

(b) Instead of a refund, the person whose PLP the bureau revoked may request that the bureau issue the person a different PLP. The person shall apply for the subsequent PLP as prescribed under this rule.
