An applicant for an amateur radio operator license plate issued under IC 9-18-23 [IC 9-18-23 was repealed by P.L.198-2016, SECTION 299, effective July 1, 2016.] must present proof of having a Federal Communications Commission issued unrevoked and unexpired official amateur radio station and operator's license.
